When researching how to put together Kino Faux lights for my portrait studio, one of the resources I found online was a video from Joe Edelman. Now Joe’s fluorescent lighting rigs have gone through several incarnations over the years, I’m currently using the T8 setup with great success, and it appears that Joe himself has gone through as many personal makeovers as well, but now he brings us a LED rig, which he claims can be put together for under $300.
This four light, LED portrait lighting set-up was made from LED shop lights, which have recently debuted on the market.
