United States Department of Defense Adds DJI To Supplier Blacklist

The United States Department of Defense released its annual list of businesses it currently classifies as Chinese military companies and included drone and gimbal manufacturer DJI, which took the company by surprise. DJI vehemently rebutted the designation by stating, “DJI stands alone as the only drone company to clearly denounce and actively discourage military use of our products, including suspending all business operations in Russia and Ukraine to try to keep our drones out of the conflict there. There is no reason why DJI has been added to the Defense Department’s list of Chinese military companies.” Read more…

Logitech has launched the Litra Beam, a desktop LED key light designed for streaming, and the Blue Sona, an active dynamic XLR microphone that that claims to provide studio-quality sound. Litra Beam is a bi-color light with a temperature range from 2700K to 6500K and is housed on a three-way adjustable stand. DJI Upgrades Osmo Action To Version 3

DJI has upgraded their Osmo Action cam to version 3. Version 3 sees DJI moving back to an all-in-one GoPro form factor, leaving behind the modular system of version 2. Version 3 has a 1/1.7-inch sensor, and you can shoot up to 120 frames per second (fps) in 4K and 2.7K. At 1080p, you can double the maximum frame rate to 240fps. GoPro Announces Two New Hero11 Black Cameras

GoPro has premiered two new Hero11 Black action cameras. Both cameras feature a larger sensor and 10-bit color depth, as well as Cinematic 5.3K60 + 2.7K240 video with 24.7 megapixel stills from video and 27 megapixel high-res photos.
